A daedric hunter who organizes the Spell-Steel Brigade, a group of mercenaries for hire. He is Luthe's Master and adoptive father. Most records tell that he had a purple robe with some sort of armor underneath. Considering the weight of not only a full suit of armor but a robe over it as well, most assumed that Hisses-At-Flames preferred light armor. His wealth would also suggest that he wore Glass Armor at most times.
